Chef Eric Carré has joined the Devanco family

Devanco Foods is proud to announce that culinary innovator Eric Carré has joined the Devanco family as chef and food scientist. Carré is one of the world’s foremost experts in the sous vide method of cooking, having studied under French sous vide pioneer George Pralus, and he holds several inventor’s patents himself. Past roles include corporate executive research chef for Tyson Foods and corporate executive chef sous vide for Nestlé.
